We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain Data Management team.
Here's What You'll Get To Do
- ERP Management: Maintain and enhance an extensive item master ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product, contract, and medical data.
- Application Development: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot robust applications using Python, SQL, VBA, and related technologies.
- Data Pipeline & Database Management: Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and database management systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Custom Data Queries: Create, maintain, and automate complex queries tailored to meet the diverse needs and specific requirements of end-users.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, analyze, and interpret specific data sets to generate comprehensive usage reports and determine cost impacts related to product changes and contract implementations.
- Documentation & Training: Develop detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and instructional videos to facilitate knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
Here's What You'll Need
- Degree or Certification in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience will be considered
- You have a solid understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and distribution, supported by 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Regex, PyODBC, Win32), SQL (T-SQL, Oracle), and VBA.
- Experience developing Python interfaces/applications using libraries like Tkinter/TTK.
- Proficiency in IDEs such as Jupyter Lab/Notebook, Spyder, Visual Studio Code, and PyCharm.
- Strong skills with scheduling tasks and processes using Windows Task Scheduler, Cron jobs, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
- Advanced Excel skills with additional proficiency in SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms (preferred).
- Knowledge and passion for machine learning and AI agents is an asset.
