Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Applications & Delivery Governance, the Business Analyst for Supply Chain and Manufacturing will analyze, design, and implement business processes aligned with standard technology solutions to optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules, including IBP, Plant Maintenance, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharma), as well as MES modules such as Weighing and Dispensing, eLogBooks, OEE, and eBatch Records. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

As a key member of the Global Information Systems team, you will leverage your supply chain and manufacturing expertise to drive process improvements, ensure system integrity, and support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP and MES-based solutions for supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
  • Understand business problems and communicate how SAP and MES solutions can address them.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in SAP ECC and SAP Ecosystem upgrades and enhancements.
  • Work with the Computer System Validation team to ensure audit compliance and SOP adherence.
  • Communicate best practices in the Pharma industry and their application in technology environments.
  • Build relationships and influence decision-makers within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Ensure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate as a team to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all compliance programs, including Global Business Ethics and Compliance.
  • Demonstrate organizational values: collaboration, courage, perseverance, and passion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing, preferably in CPG or Pharma industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, PM, WM, as well as Ariba, ATTP, IBP, and SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of One-Stream, Model-N, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Understanding of SAP data supporting supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to champion organizational change.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
