What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Acquire, clean, validate, and aggregate data from various sources, including gaming platforms and internal systems
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports tracking key iGaming metrics
  • Support regulatory and compliance reporting for Ontario and other jurisdictions as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc and structured analyses to understand player behavior and campaign effectiveness
  • Automate data flows and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Business, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with data warehouse or big-query environments like Google BigQuery or Snowflake
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (Python, R)
  • Prior experience in iGaming or sportsbook analytics
  • Marketing analytics experience, including UTM tracking and conversion funnels
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory analytics in gaming
