Job summary

The Data Analyst (Claims) at MOE’S Home will consolidate claims, returns, and customer feedback data into actionable insights for the Quality team. You’ll shape data collection, improve feeds, and build recurring reports and SOPs.

This is a full-time, hybrid/remote role with Vancouver, BC preferred, and collaboration across QC, Product Development and brand teams. You will work with Resolutions, Sourcing and brand teams to drive vendor and product decisions while ensuring data quality and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in data or business analyst role, ideally in retail, e-commerce, furniture or consumer products.
• Advanced Excel: Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning.
• Experience pulling and working with data from SAP or another ERP.
• Comfortable working with data from multiple sources and making it reliable.
• Able to turn analysis into a clear, short story for non-technical teams.
• Self-directed and organized; building processes from scratch.
• Strong written communication, including documenting processes and SOPs; proficient with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather raw claims, returns and damage data from all sources into one dataset.
• Clean, standardize and categorize claims by product, SKU, vendor, defect type, channel and region.
• Identify trends and root-cause signals across brands and vendors.
• Summarize top issues for QC with clear evidence (volume, cost, SKUs).
• Collaborate with Resolutions Team and Customer Data to document data capture.
• Partner with QC to track issues from detection through corrective action.
• Share findings with Product Development, Sourcing and brand teams.
• Build recurring claims reports and dashboards; write SOPs for data processes.
