Job Title: Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Reporting (SME function)
Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

We’re seeking someone to join our team, GSS (Global Supplier Services) Data & Analytics, to deliver insights based on data analysis/reporting solutions to provide transparency and identify opportunities to optimize Third Party expenses. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking ability, and understanding of third-party source-to-pay processes. The candidate will deliver reporting/analytics in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Translate business requirements into reporting and analysis solutions for stakeholders
• Develop, modify, and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI)
• Become a subject matter expert on data models/structures for meaningful analysis
• Assist end users with ad hoc requests and report modifications
• Manage a pipeline of deliverables, ensuring timely completion
• Leverage technology and business acumen to improve efficiencies in reporting and analytics

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in reporting and data analytics in a professional setting
• Client management and teamwork skills, flexibility in working with end users and colleagues
• Experience with source-to-pay systems (Ariba, Coupa, etc.), sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, or third-party relationships

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI preferred)
• Advanced MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, slicers, data connections)
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets
• Ability to write and edit SQL code, create views, and generate KPIs and metrics
