Syntrace, based in Toronto, is hiring a Data Analyst to turn data into decisions. You will analyze how customers use the product, measure the quality of what our AI delivers, and provide insights to product, sales and leadership.

You will join a founding team with real ownership and a senior group that has scaled companies before, shaping how Syntrace understands itself and what it builds next.

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.

We are now hiring a Data Analyst, based in Toronto.

You will turn our data into decisions. You will analyze how customers use the product, measure the quality of what our AI delivers and give product, sales and leadership the insights they need.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.

What you bring:

• A few years of experience in data analysis, or a strong academic background in a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL, and experience with Python or a similar language for analysis.
• The ability to turn a vague question into a clear answer, and explain it simply.
