Job summary

Syntrace is hiring an Applied AI Engineer based in Toronto to build the pipeline that turns raw conversations into knowledge investors can rely on: transcription, speaker attribution, structured extraction and synthesis. You will design evaluations that tell us when it works and when it does not.

Our users demand high accuracy and security; you will work in an environment where data handling and model choice are central to the product.

Qualifications

• Experience building production systems with LLMs, not only prototypes.
• Strong Python and comfort across the pipeline from ingestion to retrieval.
• A disciplined approach to evaluation; you measure before you claim.
• Experience with speech, retrieval or structured extraction is a strong plus.

We are now hiring an Applied AI Engineer, based in Toronto.

You will build the pipeline that turns raw conversations into knowledge investors can rely on: transcription, speaker attribution, structured extraction and synthesis. You will design the evaluations that tell us when it works and when it does not.

Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes which models we use, where data is processed and what is ever retained.
