Position Details

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Hourly rate: $44.00

Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities

-Analyze POS transaction data to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies across retail, wholesale, and restaurant sectors

-Create data models and dashboards to support decision-making on product performance, staff allocation, and promotional strategies

-Monitor AI system performance, including self-ordering kiosks and bubble tea robots, using real-time analytics to optimize automation processes

-Develop predictive models to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts using historical sales and restocking trends

-Collaborate with software developers and engineers to improve POS system features and integrate AI functionalities through data-driven insights

-Evaluate ROI of automation technologies, such as Bubble Tea Robots, by analyzing labor cost savings, sales uplift, and operational efficiency

-Conduct market segmentation analysis to support digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies

-Perform data quality assurance and validation, ensuring integrity across various data sources including mobile ordering platforms and delivery systems

-Support franchise operations by producing reports on customer foot traffic, machine usage, and geographic performance.

-Generate business intelligence reports for internal and external uses, providing insights for strategic planning and expansion.

Qualifications

-A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

-A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required

-Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or C#, along with experience in full-stack development

-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

-Familiarity with POS systems, retail or food service operations is a plus.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
