Job description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at transforming data into actionable insights and building solutions that support data-driven decision-making. This role reports to the Manager, Business Intelligence.

What Will You Do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Build and manage data warehousing and lakehouse solutions with a strong command of Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Build Dynamics and Power Platform applications, automations, and reports.
• Exhibit a high level of technical proficiency in delivering complete data visualization solutions, from data ingestion to user-facing insights.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and Individual Contributors, to gather requirements and drive product enhancements.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to our software development life cycle, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the process.
  
  

Required Skills

• Data Analysis : Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel to extract insights and support business decisions.
• Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI), programming languages (e.g., Python, R), and data integration platforms like Azure Data Factory.
• Microsoft Power Platform Stack : Hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Applications, Power Automate.
• Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Methodologies : Familiar with Agile practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Quality Assurance : Solid understanding of QA processes and experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure data integrity and solution reliability.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Suite of Tools : Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure cloud services.
• MS Dynamics 365 : Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for data integration and analysis.
• Advanced Analytics : Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.
• Business Intelligence : Strong background in business intelligence and data warehousing.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
