You will review, verify and process vendor information, perform external-source validations, and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliant setup in systems like Ariba and SAP.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in a relevant field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis or administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor master requests for completeness and approvals.
• Verify accuracy by cross-checking support documents and forms.
• Validate company information from external sources (CRA, D&B) for third‑party confirmation.
• Contact vendors by phone to confirm banking details and addresses.
• Monitor Ariba to SAP handoffs and ensure proper SAP setups for vendors.
• Maintain preferred supplier accounts and respond to process questions.
