Job summary

Bartech Staffing, a leading engineering and professional staffing firm, is hiring a Data Acquisition Engineer for an on-site assignment in Windsor, Ontario. You will set up data acquisition systems, coordinate test specimen builds, and process data while communicating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience with CAN networks and data acquisition hardware.

Our client has engaged us to assist them to hire a contract Data Acquisition Engineer (Windsor, Ontario).

Contract

Hourly pay range: $34.00 - $36.80

On- site

Occasional meetings to the USA

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Data Acquisition Engineer will be responsible for setting up and conducting data acquisition using various data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating test specimen build, setting up data acquisition systems, data processing, communicating with stakeholders
• Required to have a detailed understanding of the data acquisition systems and various transducers used and how they interact as well as CAN communication.
• The ability to operate and conduct data acquisition at company grounds
• The successful candidate will be a process and detail

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor of Science of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
