Job summary

UVic Competitive Tennis Team is seeking enthusiastic individuals to instruct multiple dance styles in a supportive studio environment in Victoria. The role focuses on building strong member relationships and delivering high-quality programs with safety and customer care at the forefront.

The successful candidates will have at least two years of dance experience, CPR-C certification, and strong communication and leadership skills. This is a part-time casual position paying $25-$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years dance experience.
• Current CPR-C certification.
• Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Good organizational skills and prompt responses to written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging dance classes in a studio setting.
• Build and facilitate member relationships while ensuring warm, friendly, clean, and safe environments.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure excellence in programs and customer service across genres.
