Job summary

A non-profit arts education organization in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the dance department. The successful candidate will manage production activities, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth coordination of schedules and tasks. Qualifications

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Support dance department productions as stage manager.
  • Coordinate department operations and volunteer tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for studio bookings and assessments.
  • Assist with program logistics and scheduling.
  • Handle financial and operational tasks for the department.
