Job summary

UBC Dairy Education and Research Centre (DERC) in Agassiz, BC, seeks a Business Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day facilities, land, and centre operations. Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the Dairy Centre, including the annual operating budget and supervision of farm workers.
• Oversees facilities management across multiple buildings, equipment maintenance, and agronomy and dairy herd care.
• Negotiates contracts and works with Finance to report on costs, revenue targets, and supplier invoices.
