Position Summary:
The Security Awareness Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing our end-user security awareness initiatives, primarily using SafeTitan and Microsoft Attack Simulation. This individual will engage directly with clients to create and manage phishing simulation campaigns, assign security training, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, responsive, customer-oriented, and able to adapt to varying client requirements. While deep technical expertise is not required, a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts (such as phishing and attack simulation) and a willingness to learn new tools are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute security awareness and phishing simulation campaigns using SafeTitan and Microsoft Attack Simulation tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor campaigns and training assignments accordingly.
- Assign, track, and report on security awareness training and simulation results for client organizations.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout the engagement.
- Conduct periodic service reviews with clients to discuss program progress, results, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign activities, training assignments, and client communications.
- Stay current on evolving phishing tactics and security awareness best practices to continually improve program effectiveness.
- Assist in developing user-friendly communications and training materials to maximize engagement and behavioral change.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and processes as required by client or organizational needs.
Required Education/Credentials/Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as phishing, social engineering, and attack simulation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software tools quickly (experience with SafeTitan or Microsoft Attack Simulation is an asset, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality service
- Flexible and adaptable to changing customer requirements and priorities.
- Experience in customer service, training coordination, or program administration is preferred.
- Proficiency with standard desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook & Teams).
- Professional manner with strong interpersonal skills; a team player and a relationship builder.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- College diploma or university degree in a related field is an asset.
