Job summary

Compugen Inc., Canada's largest privately-owned technology ally, is seeking a CyberSecurity Analyst for an onsite role in Calgary, AB. The candidate will support cybersecurity operations, GRC, and IAM, with hands-on experience in Splunk SIEM, CrowdStrike Falcon, and Microsoft Purview DLP.

The role involves governance, risk management, and compliance activities, plus monitoring and alert triage to ensure security controls are effective. Strong communication and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of cybersecurity operations, IT controls, compliance, or security governance experience.
• Experience administering or supporting: Splunk SIEM; CrowdStrike Falcon; Microsoft Purview DLP; BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management; Active Directory / Identity & Access Management.
• Experience performing control assessments, remediation tracking, and security monitoring activities.
• Strong documentation, reporting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cybersecurity governance, risk & compliance (GRC) activities.
• Manage identity and access management governance and reviews.
• Conduct user and privileged account reviews.
• Monitor security controls and validate compliance.
• Operate and triage alerts in Splunk SIEM.
• Administer CrowdStrike Falcon and governance tasks.
• Oversee Purview DLP configurations and data loss prevention.
• Manage BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management.
• Collect control evidence, support audits, track remediation, and report governance status.
