Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a technology professional to build and enhance cyber-security platforms protecting data, apps, and credentials. Hybrid role with exposure to automation, cloud, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and platform integrations across the bank.

You will work with cross-functional teams, craft automation pipelines, and contribute to enterprise-scale initiatives while supporting production deployments and incident response as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years with programming and scripting in Python or PowerShell.
• 2–4 years with API and systems integration and REST integrations.
• 2–4 years Linux or Windows systems engineering and troubleshooting.
• 2–4 years with CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment.
• 2–4 years creating technical documentation and testing.
• Familiar with software development lifecycle and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into configurations, integrations, and scripts.
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and CI/CD automation.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fix platform and connectivity issues.
• Produce deployment instructions, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Ensure security, logging, error handling, performance, and version control standards.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to implement solutions.
