Job summary

PwC Canada in Vancouver is seeking a Summer Intern in Cybersecurity & Privacy. As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll join a market-leading Consulting practice and work on real client challenges, gaining hands-on experience and learning how trust is built through compliant and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in third year of post-secondary programs: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, applied mathematics, computer engineering.

Responsibilities

• Learn cybersecurity concepts such as detection, response and attack patterns.
• Work in an operational environment and learn firsthand how cybersecurity operations work.
• Assist with security monitoring, detection, response and client care.
• Ensure cybersecurity incidents are investigated, identified, assessed, reported, communicated to the client, and mitigated.
• Ensure compliance to client agreements and drive process improvements.
