Bilingual proficiency in French is preferred, with a guaranteed 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory or inspection.
• Proven ability to read and interpret welding drawings, codes, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
