Position Description: We’re looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met in both English and French. You’ll also put your Excel and accounting skills to work by helping manage data, track information, and support smooth financial and operational processes. This is an on-site position at our London, Ontario, office. Must be able to legally work in Canada.
