About The Role

We’re hiring a Customer Support & Project Specialist to support dealership clients and internal teams through effective ticket management, data coordination, and project support. In this hybrid role, you will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, manage structured data feeds, and support the monthly production of offers and incentives. You will also collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure new clients are smoothly integrated into our system. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a client-facing environment, and is interested in growing within the SaaS and automotive tech space.

Remote (Canada-wide)

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation:

$47,000 – $55,000 CAD annually (based on experience) + RRSP matching

Responsibilities
  1. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external support tickets
  2. Provide clear, timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  3. Support monthly production workflows, including the preparation and validation of dealer offers and incentives
  4. Manage and monitor structured data feeds and integrations with external sources
  5. Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve data and system-related issues
  6. Maintain data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  7. Assist with new client onboarding and setup
  8. Contribute to improving documentation and internal processes
  9. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail
  10. Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve recurring support challenges
Qualifications
  1. Experience in customer support, operations, or technical coordination
  2. Proven ability to manage projects or time-sensitive deliverables
  3. Familiarity with structured data feeds (API-based is a plus)
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience preferred
  5. Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  6. Proficient in helpdesk tools, CRMs, and spreadsheet applications
  7. Experience in SaaS or automotive/dealership environments is considered a strong asset
  8. Positive, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  9. Bilingual (English and French) is an asset but not required
