About The Role

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers and partners by assisting with inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role ensures a seamless support experience, addresses questions and concerns, and maintains market response quality to meet company standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Represent Bolt in Canada.
  • Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them maximize our apps.
  • Assist our business partners in daily interactions with users.
  • Create loyal fans by showing genuine care.
  • Contribute ideas to decrease workload and improve support quality and speed.
About you:
  • You speak English and French, with a minimum proficiency of C1 in both, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • You have a positive, hardworking attitude.
  • You pay high attention to detail.
  • Basic Google Sheets/Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • You are passionate about improving cities and ride-hailing.
