Role Overview: The Manager, Food & Beverage Insights will drive Four Seasons’ global guest growth strategy by leveraging diner data to identify opportunities throughout the guest and diner lifecycle. Supporting our global network, this role focuses on understanding how F&B contributes to brand acquisition, guest conversion, and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate the role of F&B as a key entry point to the brand.
  2. Assess how F&B experiences contribute to guest conversion.
  3. Understand how F&B drives guest retention and brand engagement.
  4. Develop meaningful diner segments to inform strategic activations.
  5. Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research on F&B.
  6. Identify new data sources to enhance insights capabilities.
  7. Guide the development of a holistic view of the guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Guest Growth Strategy
  • Lead F&B insights initiatives to uncover guest and diner behaviors.
  • Use diner and guest data to define segments and inform marketing strategies.
  • Identify pathways for diner acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Quantify the value of key diner segments to find growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends to inform insights development.
Primary Research
  • Lead primary research related to Hotels & Resorts and F&B.
  • Advise on initiatives providing guest insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in strategy, guest insights, and analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar tools.

This role is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week at our Toronto office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
