We are Talent Brewers, rooted in our core values. We believe in our brands and our people, and that inclusion is key to a winning team culture. We invite you to join our team of brand enthusiasts.

12-month Contract Territory Coverage: GTA North, ON North (Sudbury, Thunder Bay), and Ontario East, supporting Creemore and surrounding areas.

Six Pints Collective is seeking a Market Development Representative to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Market Development Lead, you will be a vital member of our sales & beer education team, responsible for volume results in your assigned market/region in Eastern Canada, based in the Greater Toronto Area. Bring passion, energy, and entrepreneurial vigor to a respected business within the industry.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Champion Six Pints & MCC brands.
  • Manage a strategic list of “owned accounts” to drive volume and share against the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Support the broader MCC sales team with identified “support” accounts to foster craft-forward growth.
  • Develop and execute activation strategies aligned with seasonality, driving sales and marketing KPIs (distribution, features, education, staff training, POS).
  • Build relationships with MCC regional managers, participate in sales meetings, present at weekly calls, and promote solutions to drive volume.
  • Collaborate with channel teams to deploy educational and hospitality programs, leveraging Market Development Manager resources.
  • Analyze sales reports to evaluate success, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide weekly internal reports on market activity, wins, challenges, opportunities, and competitive activity.
  • Manage trade and G&A budgets.

YOU ARE:

  • An enthusiastic individual passionate about educating others on beer, with a sales-driven mindset seeking to make a difference in the craft beer segment within a dynamic organization.

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU:

  • Post-secondary education with 2+ years’ sales experience, preferably in an entrepreneurial or small-company environment, with a passion for beer.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the beer industry or CPG.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with brands and achieving KPIs.
  • Confidence to influence and support high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in specialty alcohol or craft beer markets is preferred.
  • A curious mindset, commitment to learning, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Work Perks:

  • Commitment to People and Planet, with stretch goals around key priorities.
  • Community engagement and volunteer opportunities.
  • Growth and development through First Choice Learning programs.
  • Competitive salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health/dental/vision, retirement matching, generous PTO, wellness programs, and EAP resources.
  • Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with passionate colleagues.
