Job summary

Spyder Controls in Lacombe, AB is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact for key customer accounts, manage data in SAP, and assist in aligning demand planning with production capacity. This full-time role is based on-site at our Lacombe facility.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and willing to learn SAP ERP.
• Comfortable with data entry, basic analysis, and preparing professional documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, account coordination or administration is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, maintaining communications across multiple channels to ensure timely updates and proactive issue resolution
• Oversee customer data entry in SAP, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and order fulfillment
• Assist in creating sales reports that generate actionable insights
• Integrate customer insights with demand planning tools to identify customer needs and ensure it aligns with internal production capacity
• Support cross-functional teams with administrative and operational tasks as required.
