The Customer Supply Chain Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Customer Supply Chain, will serve as a key liaison with customers and sales teams. The role involves developing professional, long-term relationships through accurate and timely order management, process improvements, and resolving short- and long-term issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately process, audit, and manage customer orders in JDE, including availability, compliance, and timeliness.
  2. Follow up on stock shortages, order shipping, customer-specific requirements (e.g., ticketing and labeling), and related issues to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
  3. Act as the primary contact for customers to address questions and resolve discrepancies related to stock, shortages, shipment timing, and company policies.
  4. Complete month-end reporting and closing activities promptly.
  5. Prepare monthly case fill reports.
  6. Recommend and implement process and policy improvements.
  7. Assist with auditing and resolving customer non-compliance charges.
  8. Process OS&D deductions for assigned customers and provide insights to the Supply Chain Manager.
  9. Monitor open orders to ensure timely processing from receipt to delivery.
  10. Update customers on order shortages and delays to minimize impacts on on-time delivery and case fill rates.
  11. Create and analyze monthly customer scorecards.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-4 years of experience in customer service and order management within an MRP environment, preferably JDE or SAP.
  2. Supply chain and EDI experience is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and order entry systems.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. Post-secondary education is required.
  6. Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
  9. Collaborative problem-solving skills.
