  • Manage, hire, train, coach and develop direct reports.
  • Deliver performance improvement through change initiatives and commitment to ongoing continuous improvement.

  • Effectively lead and deliver strong results against key performance metrics including health and safety, on time shipping, order accuracy, non-compliance, OS&D (over short & damages), customer service and on time delivery.
  • Lead customer engagement to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Ensure team alignment and co-ordinate cross-functionally with the broader Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Quality teams to reach corporate and DC-specific objectives.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with internal/external partners to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Carrier partners to find cost saving opportunities without impacting service.

Recipe for Success:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in logistics/materials management.
  • 3-5 years’ leadership experience (preferably in food or CPG).
  • Demonstrated achievements in leading change and improving performance.
  • Experienced in the use of formalized continuous improvement tools/systems.
  • Skilled in coaching, facilitation and project management.
