Position Overview

Strutta is currently seeking a Customer Success team member for a one-year term (maternity leave coverage).

Strutta is a DIY Social Media Contests & Sweepstakes platform based in Vancouver, serving some of the largest consumer brands over its 9-year history.

We are looking for a support delivery expert to cover our Customer Success function for a 1-year term. You will enable a diverse group of users and partners to develop social promotions using our online platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to users via phone and email
  • Assisting with the setup and management of social media campaigns
  • Troubleshooting platform issues and providing solutions
  • Documenting support cases and feedback for platform improvements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of support experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in a software environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with support platforms like ZenDesk or Desk.com
  • Active on social media channels
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using Mac or PC

Preferred:

  • Flexible availability
