About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and eager individual to join as a Junior Customer Success Specialist, responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market and SMB customers.

This role involves understanding the customers’ core value outcomes and developing strategic success plans to facilitate change and maximize their benefits. You will need to think strategically and execute tactically.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, articulate, credible, and capable of prescribing key strategies for successful organizational change.

A typical week

  • Provide customers with best practices for using Visualping to achieve their business goals.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships across your customer base to foster partnership and advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experiences and resource utilization.
  • Offer strategies for successful change management to help customers adopt Visualping effectively.
  • Gain extensive knowledge of Visualping products, services, and best practices, becoming a trusted partner for customers on use cases and functionality.
  • Advocate for customers by providing updates to internal teams on perspectives, risks, insights, issues, and strategic requests.
  • Onboard new enterprise customers and partner with teams to implement Visualping’s AI features.
