About the role
We are seeking a customer-focused, energetic, and eager individual to join as a Junior Customer Success Specialist, responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market and SMB customers.
This role involves understanding the customers’ core value outcomes and developing strategic success plans to facilitate change and maximize their benefits. You will need to think strategically and execute tactically.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, articulate, credible, and capable of prescribing key strategies for successful organizational change.
