Job summary

Nexi Germany GmbH in Helsinki is seeking a Customer Success Sales Representative to build strong relationships with merchant customers, drive retention, and maximize the value of Nexi’s payment solutions.

You will connect with existing customers via inbound and outbound calls, upsell, identify needs, and collaborate with Merchant Services to achieve personal and team KPIs in a dynamic European tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer retention.
• Experience within Telecom, Fintech, Insurance or another relevant industry.
• Fluent Finnish and business-level English language skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to identify customer needs and create value-driven solutions.
