InfoSum is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee day-to-day client interactions with 1-3 strategic accounts, working with client engineering, product operations, and commercial teams to maximize value from the platform.

You will track performance, identify new use cases, and guide renewal discussions, ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction across their data collaboration strategy.
