About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be the strategic advisor and primary contact for Shipday’s most impactful customers. From onboarding through ongoing engagement and growth, you’ll guide businesses through their journey with Shipday, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. This is a critical, high-ownership position for a relationship-driven professional who excels at delivering measurable outcomes and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-impact customer accounts using Shipday at scale
  • Lead onboarding, activation, and enablement to ensure successful product adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Use data to track usage, account health, and performance indicators
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support customer expansion efforts
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve customer issues to drive retention
  • Advocate for customer needs and share insights with product and support teams
  • Contribute to customer education materials and scalable success playbooks

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain new tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable prioritizing in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting
  • Track record of achieving retention, upsell, or net revenue retention goals
  • Bachelor's degree required
