Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, Hybrid (NA) - Canada

Job Description

The Customer Service / Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans encouraged to apply.)

Location and Requirements

Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada

Candidates must be located within 64 KM (40 miles) from the Niagara Falls site

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  • Clarify customer needs and use resources to resolve issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and account details.
  • Maintain knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and familiarity with iOS and macOS is preferred.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Must live within 64 KM of Niagara Falls location.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent, with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Patience and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Availability to work during hours of operation: 8:00 am - 11:30 pm EST, Monday to Sunday, with schedule changes every 3 months based on performance.
