Job Description

The Customer Service / Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans encouraged to apply.)

Title: Customer Service / Technical Support Representative (Hybrid in Niagara Falls)

Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada

Note: Candidates must be located within 64 KM (40 miles) from the Niagara Falls site

The Customer Service / Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine inquiries related to client products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries about hardware, software, or other designated client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally, following established procedures.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  • Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools, and resolve non-standard issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update accounts as necessary.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Must reside within 64 KM of Niagara Falls location.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent, with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS or similar technology is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Patience and professionalism when working with customers.
  • Availability to work during operational hours: 8:00 am - 11:30 pm EST, Monday to Sunday, with schedule adjustments every 3 months based on performance.
