Job summary

Longo's is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Department Manager - Full Time in Toronto to lead a fast-paced store team and support daily operations. You will mentor team members, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service to customers and vendors.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a customer service department, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to train and motivate in a dynamic retail environment; flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service department.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor Team Members.
• Provide support in regular team meetings.
• Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity.
• Handle Team Member and customer issues.
• Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and loss prevention.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers and Vendors.
