Longo's is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Department Manager - Full Time to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced store environment. You will support the Customer Service Manager to prepare the department for daily operations and ensure excellent service to customers and vendors.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach, motivate, and handle issues with urgency. Availability for days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service department experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor Team Members.
• Provide support in regular team meetings.
• Coach and train Team Members to maintain productivity.
• Handle Team Member and customer issues with urgency.
• Uphold company policies including health & safety and food safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Team Members, Customers and Vendors.
