Job summary

Longo's is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Department Manager for a 6-month contract to support daily operations and lead a customer-focused team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist the Customer Service Manager and help ensure smooth service and strong standards across the department.

You will mentor Team Members, participate in regular meetings, and coach for productivity while maintaining health, safety, and loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service department.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to create eye catching displays and uphold company policies.
