Job summary

Best Buy Kingston is seeking a retail sales & technical service supervisor to lead and develop the computer solutions and services desk, delivering an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor and at the computer solutions desk.

You will motivate a team, coach on customer service and technical procedures, and provide expert advice on Best Buy products. This role emphasizes inclusive leadership and growth within a fast-paced retail environment at our Kingston location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
• 2+ years' of retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales role
• Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
