Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to handle pressure with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries and handling complaints.
• Process payments for cash account customers.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the liaison between departments when needed.
• Back-up support to sales counter with walk-in and telephone inquiries.
