Job summary

EECOL Electric is seeking an Associate Representative - Customer Service to respond to inquiries by telephone, email, and walk-ins, providing information and resolving basic issues. You will analyze service needs, coordinate with technical departments as needed, and support ongoing customer relationships.

The position offers permanent, full-time employment with Monday–Friday schedules, training provided, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Direct Sales (B2B) experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, needs assessment, and satisfaction evaluation.
• Ability to build relationships with other functional areas to support mutual objectives.
• Good problem-solving and information-analysis skills.
• Ability to research and resolve customer issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Ability to maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone or in person to provide information and ensure best service.
• Handles and resolves customer complaints, special orders, or returns in-store, via phone or mail.
• Obtains and examines information to assess validity of complaints and determine causes.
• Receives and processes orders, provides information on pricing, service changes, and shipping.
• Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions; logs inquiries and actions.
• Refers unresolved issues to appropriate departments for follow-up.
• Completes customer invoicing.
• Identifies additional product or service opportunities with clients and coordinates with the sales/ service managers.
• Maintains regular contact with existing clients and identifies new needs and solutions.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings and stays current on industry trends.
