Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Canada to support customer order management, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency through effective transaction processing and issue resolution. This role acts as a key liaison between customers and cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and processes.

The position focuses on processing orders, managing EDI, and collaborating with Operations, Planning, and Sales to resolve issues while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing support, or related environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service activities to resolve order, delivery, product, and service-related inquiries.
• Validate and maintain EDI transactions to ensure accurate processing of customer and inventory data.
• Analyze inventory, order, and shipment discrepancies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Process delivery transactions and purchase orders to support operational and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Planning, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and product incident records to support compliance and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects to enhance service and productivity.
