Assured Automotive in Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service across in-person, phone, and email channels within a busy collision repair environment. You will interact with customers and insurance partners, support the repair facility team, and help manage scheduling, documentation, and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, ideally in automotive industry.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair system.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
• Manage rental vehicle information.
• Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to maintain high quality and NPS.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Valid driver’s license required
