Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum: 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in automotive.

• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and by email.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our system.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
• Manage car rental information.
• Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to maintain high quality and NPS.

Job Description:

At Assured Automotive , we have been providing quality workmanship on every collision repair for over 30 years. As part of The Boyd Group, we have numerous locations throughout Western and Central Canada. We provide the knowledge and equipment you need to excel on our team. Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Valid driver's license required

Compensation Details:

• $21 - $29 per hour
