Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding experience for clients and insurance partners. You will handle in-person, phone and email interactions, schedule repairs, manage insurance tasks and maintain accurate documentation.

With 1 year of customer service experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and uphold high attention to detail while contributing to a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in automotive.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, on the phone and via email.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the management system.
• Process insurance assignments promptly and accurately.
• Prepare repair orders with complete documentation.
• Record all client communications during the repair process.
• Manage rental information and coordinate logistics.
• Apply new knowledge to maintain high quality and drive NPS.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair order with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage car rental information
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Valid driver’s license required

Compensation:

$21 - $29 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
