Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Customer Service Representative/ Route Coordinator to oversee our store front and coordinate delivery routes. You will ensure excellent service for walk-in clients, handle calls and emails, and manage daily retail operations while coordinating with the production team for timely deliveries.

The role is temporary with a chance to become permanent, offering benefits including dental and vision insurance, training and development, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Criminal record check by RCMP supplied.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery driver accountability.
• Schedule, track, and file vehicle maintenance records.

The Customer Service Representative/ Route Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the retail front at our store, ensuring excellent customer service for walk-in clients, answering and directing phone calls and emails and managing day-to-day retail operations. In addition, this role coordinates the delivery routes for our delivery driver, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely deliveries, and clear communication between the delivery driver and the production team. Our Customer Service Representative is the face of the company and must establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved in day to day operations and be happy to help our customers carry out their products including 5 gallon water bottles and 50 lb. bags of softener salt.

Qualifications:

• -Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• -Leadership, management, keeping Delivery Driver accountable.
• -Schedule, track, and file vehicle maintenance records.
• -Closing driver transactions.
• -Open and close the store.
• -Closing out the day with cash out procedures.
• -Ensure all store shelves are stocked.-Samsara GPS tracking.
• -Manage and maintain cleaning common areas (kitchen, office bathroom, store) daily ex: sweep and mop.
• -Clean and maintain retail area ex: dusting at least 3 times per week
• -Garbages in store and offices and office bathroom.
• -Book and maintain routing for new customers.
• -Maintain customer account records.
