Job Description

The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. (We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Responsibilities

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
4. Offer additional products and/or services.
5. Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Open availability.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Quiet, distraction-free environment at home.
• Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Desktop or laptop for testing; work computer may be provided.
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
