Job Description

The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. What You Will Do in This Role

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
4. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
5. Offer additional products and/or services.
6. Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

Your Qualifications

1. An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification required.
2. The ability to read, write and speak fluently both French and English.
3. 1+ year of customer service experience.
4. A high school diploma or GED.
5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
6. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
7. Eagerness to learn new technologies.
8. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
9. A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed.
10. High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
