A leading company in test development is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to test takers and clients. This role involves processing requests, promoting services, and refining procedures. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will work under the guidance and direction of the Customer Service Supervisor to provide customer service to prospective test takers, end-user clients, and partner organizations regarding Paragon's tests and instructional materials.
Work Schedule:
The candidate will be required to work two 8-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, between the hours of 6:30am – 5:30pm PST.
