Brampton, ON, Canada-based Linde Canada Inc. seeks an Order Management & Customer Service Representative to ensure accurate, timely order processing for industrial, specialty and medical products.

You will support Territory Managers, Inside Sales, and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience from entry to fulfillment. Qualifications

  • High school diploma is ideal; post-secondary in business, administration, logistics is an asset.
  • 2+ years in order management, customer service, logistics, or similar environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort with order management systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support Territory Managers and Sales teams with timely account information and order updates.
  • Use digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to retrieve data and improve accuracy.
  • Review system-generated recommendations and apply sound judgment before finalizing orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and audits.
  • Prepare and update reports like order status, backorders, and issue logs.
  • Ensure accurate customer information and order documents for efficient operations.
  • Support month-end activities, cycle counts, and audit processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Credit and Customer Service to ensure smooth order-to-delivery.
  • Identify recurring issues and areas to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Participate in training and adoption of new systems and processes.

The Order Management & Customer Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and customer‑focused processing of orders for our industrial, specialty & medical products and services. In this role, you support Territory Managers, Inside Sales, and various operational teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from order entry through fulfillment.

You will work with modern digital tools — including AI‑assisted features — to enhance accuracy and efficiency. These tools are decision aids, but your judgment, communication, and attention to detail remain the foundations of success in this position.

  • You will maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance, audit requirements, and operational best practices
  • The role includes preparing and updating reports such as order status reports, backorder tracking, and issue logs to provide visibility into key activities and priorities
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, order documentation, and internal records to support efficient business operations
  • Supporting month-end activities, cycle counts, and audit processes will be an important part of ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy
  • You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Service teams to help ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process
  • The role encourages a continuous improvement mindset, identifying recurring issues, workflow gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels
  • You will participate in training and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes, helping the team stay current and continuously improve how work gets done

  • The role is ideal for someone with a high school diploma, while post-secondary education in business, administration, logistics, or a related field would be considered an asset
  • You will bring at least two (2) years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or a similar customer‑facing operational environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • You will be comfortable working with digital tools and order management systems to support efficient and accurate processing of customer orders and requests
  • Experience in industrial gases, welding products, or other technical product environments will help you quickly understand customer needs and operational requirements
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle JDE, SAP, or similar platforms is highly valued and will support day‑to‑day order management activities
  • Exposure to CRM systems or digital workflow tools is considered an asset and can help improve efficiency and customer service outcomes
  • The role requires someone who is detail‑oriented and customer‑focused, with the ability to maintain accurate records and support smooth order‑to‑delivery processes
  • You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to support business objectives
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset and can help support a broader customer and stakeholder base

This is an existing position with a starting annual salary of $58,000.
