Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Stratford, Ontario is seeking a bilingual English/French Customer Service Representative / AR Assistant to join our team. You will handle order questions, assist customers with online orders, and enter manual orders into our billing system.

The role requires a Grade 12 education, 3 years of customer service experience, excellent bilingual communication, and the ability to multitask and work independently or with a team. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Your Opportunity

International Graphics is currently seeking a bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative / AR Assistant to join our team in Stratford, ON (Canada), reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Strive to provide exceptional, professional customer service, in every interaction
• Assist customers with questions regarding their orders
• Assist customers with placing their orders on-line, using one of our on-line ordering sites
• Enter manual orders into our order entry/billing system
• Reply to customer inquires sent via email
• Assist the credit department in collections calls, particularly to French customers
• Provide support in translations for our marketing material
• Assist with any other tasks requested of you

Your Shift

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

You Must Have

• Grade 12
• 3 years previous customer service experience
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written with a focus on providing excellent customer service (ideally in both English & French)
• Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Self-directed, solution-oriented and a reliable problem-solver
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Enjoy learning new technologies and training others

We Would Also Prefer

• Knowledge in any/all aspects of commercial print, from digital and CTP to traditional offset
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
